Another good way to improve english is to make a contact with oversea station. Often contact will end up with English language. Even from China, Japan or Hong Kong they do speak english when sucessfully making contact at HF frequency.

Promoting to school is a good way to promote what Ham Radio can do to oneself and also towards society. They will have access to science and electronic via Ham Radio. The most important is to give them a opportunity in accessing into HF band that could give more enjoyable contact than via station.
Some others country has started to have students to have license to operate. Example of country Japan and US.
A good start for the school conducting Amateur Radio exhibition. Many school is doing it.
