Setiap Wilayah(Region), IARU mempunyai sistem untuk memantau pencerobohan kepada jalur-jalur radio amatur dan sistem pemantauan ini merata-rata di mana-mana dalam sesuatu wilayah serta dibantu oleh stesyen radio amatur individu dan kelab.

In their recent report in September 2011.
"We found much CB-like traffic(AM, FM , SSB). Origin: Europe, Brazil, Far east. Besides that we observed, that the band is still crowded of numerous CIS Taxi-cabs in FM. The conditions of upper band is raising, se we are able to recognized and realized the "apocalypse" on our exclusive band. Many authorities seems to be helpless or not interested in this desaster."

Seseorang pemegang lesen radio amatur atau SWL boleh melaporkan pencerobohan ini kepada IARU dan SKMM(Malaysia). Pencerobohan seperti, panggunaan jalur radio amatur tanpa lesen, penggunaan jalur radio amatur yang bukan diperuntukan kepadanya dan segala bentuk pencerobohan.
Cuba dengar dan dapatkan maklumat seperti nama individu, callsign(persendirian), lokasi mereka melalui percakapan mereka, apa tujuan mereka menggunakan jalur radio amatur. Segala info.
