2 of our HAM friend in Lahad Datu carried out transmission in USB(J3E) mode using 2m band 145.2125(V17).
Both side same setup used.
Rig: FT-897D
Antenna : Diamond SG2000.
Station: 9W6PWS and 9M6WST
Test was a success and Lahad Datu will have another mode in 2m band to use.
